Pope Benedict XVI

Pope Benedict XVI is already 85 years old. In human terms, it's just about the right time that he should retire. Shouldn't we call ourselves a fortunate generation? We get to witness a great event in the Church's history - the election of a supreme pontiff. Let's give Pope Benedict XVI credit for the 7 hard years he had work the office. May God continue to guide and give him strength for the remaining years of his life and may the Catholic church be united with the Holy Spirit in selecting a new pope to take his place.
